The tone of our second installment of the BWC Dialogues series was decidedly less optimistic than the first. Bank of America's Hayley Boesky noted generally low investor sentiment in the wake of the regional bank failures. The panelists did find hope in the overall frankness of the Fed report on the SVB failure and felt that there were many things that regulators, not policymakers, could do in order to prevent future failures.
