The BWC Dialogues series continues with BWC members, Afsaneh Beschloss and Creon Butler. As co-authors of the most recent publication from the Climate and Energy Transition Project Team, Beschloss and Butler will outline their key recommendations for MDBs to push private funds away from brown investments and pull them towards climate-friendly projects. They will be joined by John Lipsky, Vice-Chair of BWC, to further discuss how Mobilizing Private Sector Finance for Climate Action and Energy Transition has been leveraged during COP29 and how it offers insights to furthering the impact of private sector investments towards closing the climate and energy transition financing gap.
