Deepen influence by serving as a trusted resource to support and strengthen the performance of the core Bretton Woods Institutions. 2. Expand organizational expertise to support a broader set of multilateral institutions. 3. Bolster BWC’s global credibility by implementing work streams that demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to intellectual leadership and policy impact 4. Position BWC at the forefront of the debate on strategically important multilateral issues. Goal 2: Position BWC as the global authority on multilateral economic cooperation. Objectives: 1. Expand geographic footprint of membership and programming Strengthen strategic communications to boost organizational reach, engagement, and impact. 2. Deepen relationships with a broader range of stakeholders. Goal 3: Secure a sustainable financing, governance, and staffing strategy. Objectives: 1. Attract, develop, and retain a highly effective global leadership team and professional staff. 2. Substantially increase revenue by emphasizing an institution-based approach to fundraising. 3. Enhance BWC’s membership recruitment, retention, and stewardship model in order to grow and sustain a high-caliber, diverse membership.
