In a recent article for Romania Fiscal Council, BWC Member Danial Daianu discusses the recent report from former Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi. He celebrates the Draghi Report for its boldness in addressing current and future problems facing the EU. Daianu notes, “The EU needs to think big and act resolutely toward a state of affairs that helps it be competitive worldwide in a deep sense.”
