We invite our members to submit pieces on valuable and relevant topics related to ongoing trends or global convenings to stimulate high-level discourse. The above topic provides a guideline and starting point for your submissions. However, we welcome submissions on other relevant topics that align with our members' interests, our current workstreams, and provide valuable insights or perspectives.

Submission Guidelines:

• Submission email: Please send your submissions to jhulme@brettonwoods.org.
• Word count: Submissions should not exceed 750 words.
• Format: Please submit in a Microsoft Word document.
• Citations: Any references should be hyperlinked for easy access to sources.
• Title: Include a blog title that reflects the content of your submission.
• Additional Information: If not provided, we will include your full name, affiliation, a one-sentence professional bio, and a headshot or photo.
• Submission timing: Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

Editorial and Organizational Standards:

• Non-Partisanship: BWC is a non-partisan organization and is committed to avoiding bias or partisanship in its work. This includes refraining from political activities related to public office candidates or political parties, in accordance with BWC’s 501(c)(3) status. We do not endorse or donate to political candidates and work to ensure that our materials do not reflect any political bias.
• High Editorial Standards: We strive to maintain a high editorial standard across all of our publications, including those contributed by external authors. BWC values academically rigorous, objective, evidence-based research that contributes meaningful insights into challenges within the international financial system.
• Diversity of Viewpoints: BWC encourages contributions from a broad range of political, geographic, cultural, intellectual, and philosophical perspectives. We believe such diversity fosters valuable discussions and benefits our members and broader audience.

Review Process and Editorial Discretion:

All submissions are subject to an editorial review process for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the above editorial standards. We reserve the right to suggest edits to content submissions to ensure it meets the guidelines.

BWC’s editorial staff uses discretion to ensure content aligns with our mission and upholds our commitment to neutrality and quality. We carefully review all submissions to avoid material that might inadvertently compromise our non-partisan stance. Should a submission not meet our editorial standards or create an impression of bias, it may be declined or revision requested.

A disclaimer is added to all submissions indicating submissions are solely the views of the individual author and do not reflect a position or opinion of the Bretton Woods Committee.
