In a recent Financial Times article, BWC Advisory Council Member Minouche Shafik explores the evolution of global cooperation. Without US leadership, Shafik explains, other countries must work together in new ways to explore solutions to global challenges. “It also seems clear that a G minus one world is starting to fill the vacuum in some domains — with countries coming together to find solutions to global problems without the US.”
