Important information for Bretton Woods Committee Annual Meeting 2026

Please note that in order to access the BWC Annual Meeting being held in Bangkok, Thailand, you must separately register and be accredited through the IMF/World Bank Annual Meetings.

If you have not already registered and been accredited for the 2026 IMF/WB Annual Meetings through your organization or your country delegation, please follow the guidance below to register. Because the clearance process may take up to three weeks, guests are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Crucial access to event resources will only be given on a first-come first-served basis. 

The accreditation outcome will be communicated by the IMF to the email addresses listed in the application. Please check your spam/junk box. While BWC can help facilitate the registration and accreditation process, we have no control over the approval process or approval timeline. 

Once you receive accreditation confirmation, kindly be reminded that you will need to collect your badge from the IMF Accreditation Station before being given access to the building and BWC’s event.

How To Register for IMF/WB Annual Meetings:

1. Access the IMF/WB online registration form here: IMF/WB Annual Meetings Registration 

2. If you have attended any past Spring or Annual Meetings, please provide the business email address associated with your previous registration and complete your current registration in that portal. If you are a new applicant, click the “Continue” blue button to register through the International Monetary Fund guest portal. Note: Most attendees will want to register under the “Guest” category.

3. Complete all mandatory fields and kindly pay attention to the following items: 

• In the “CC Email Address” field, please insert jhulme@brettonwoods.org. While we have no control over the accreditation outcome, this will help us facilitate the process.
• In the mandatory field “About You”, please write a short bio description of yourself (less than 500 characters.)
• In the mandatory field “Reason for Attendance”, please make sure to write “Bretton Woods Committee Annual Meeting 2026”

4. Submit the form online. 

Once you have submitted your registration, the IMF will review your submission and will send an approval email that contains a QR code and confirmation letter. You must receive this email with the QR code and letter to guarantee your accreditation. If you have not received approval within 15 days after your registration date, please contact jhulme@brettonwoods.org.
