Today we welcome new member Paul Andrews to BWC!

Paul Andrews joined WOCCU in January as Vice President of International Advocacy and Engagement. Before joining WOCCU, he served as Managing Director of the Research, Advocacy, and Standards division at CFA Institute, where he launched the CFA Institute Research and Policy Center. Prior to that, he served two terms as Secretary General of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in Madrid, Spain.

Earlier in his career, Andrews served as vice president and managing director of international affairs at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he led the organization’s global engagement with regulators and regulatory bodies, including IOSCO. He also held positions in the Division of Market Regulation and the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and practiced law in the private sector.
