Brendan Kelly is Head of Geopolitics and Geoeconomics at BNY Investments Newton. He brings more than 20 years of experience in international economic policy, national security, and global affairs, with extensive expertise in China, international economics, and financial markets.

Prior to joining BNY Investments Newton, Kelly held senior roles at the White House National Security Council, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Defense. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Asia Society, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Fellow in the U.S.-Japan Leadership Program.
