François Haas is Senior Representative for the Americas at the Banque de France, with extensive experience in financial stability, market activities, and monetary policy. He has held senior positions at the Banque de France, including Deputy Director General of Operations and Director of Market Operations, and served as Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 2004 to 2008.

His expertise includes financial stability, monetary policy implementation, foreign exchange reserves, market operations, and the international financial system. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
