Liz Boison is a Partner in Chapman’s Compliance, Regulatory and Payments Group, where she advises banks, fintech companies, and other financial institutions on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters, with a focus on anti-money laundering, sanctions, and consumer protection.

Previously, Boison served as Senior Counsel at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and held positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, including on its digital assets and cryptocurrency enforcement team. She began her career in online banking and fintech strategic partnerships.
