Today we welcome new member Tetsuharu Minowa to BWC!

Tetsuharu Minowa is a financial researcher and government liaison at the Nomura Research Institute (NRI), Japan’s first full-fledged think tank and IT solutions provider. He specializes in digital finance, international financial regulations, and capital market analysis.

Before joining NRI, he spent over 17 years as a Japanese government official, leading various public policy initiatives at the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Services Agency. From 2021 to 2024, he was a consul at the Japanese Consulate-General in New York.
