Today we welcome new member Maximilien Maisonrouge to BWC!
Maximilien (Max) Maisonrouge is a Partner in the Private Credit group of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP representing financial institutions, banks, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions including unitranche, first- and second-lien credit facilities, investment grade, middle-market and large-cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, and in- and out-of-court restructurings.
Max graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in International Relations and a Certificate in Political Theory, writing his senior thesis on the evolution and future of U.N. peace operations. After graduating, he worked for then-Senator Obama’s presidential campaign followed by the Coalition for the Homeless before matriculating at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, returning to New York thereafter to work at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, LLP followed by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
In his free time, Max enjoys running, having completed the New York Marathon twice, and serves as co-Vice-Chair of the Board of the National Dance Institute, a non-profit arts education organization that brings children together through inclusive dance and music programs. Max has an amazing wife, Laure, and two children, Clara and Paul, wishing to work to leave the world a better place for them.
We appreciate his support for our work and mission and look forward to his engagement!
