Today we welcome new member Ghassan Abou-Alfa to BWC!

Ghassan Abou-Alfa, MD, JD, MBA, PhD (hc), is an Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, and an Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.

Professor Abou-Alfa has co-led global efforts examining the convergence and divergence of germline and environmental cancer predispositions worldwide. A strong advocate for greater awareness of cancer’s global impact, he continues to lead and contribute to international educational and research initiatives in collaboration with institutions around the world.
