Today we welcome new member Michael DiRoma to BWC!

Michael DiRoma is a tax attorney and a senior policy advisor operating at the nexus of Congress, the U.S. Treasury Department, and the White House. He previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Legislative Affairs (International Affairs) and as Tax Counsel to now-Senate Appropriations Committee Chair Susan M. Collins during the drafting and passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

During the first Trump Administration, he played a central role in several major legislative outcomes, including a multibillion-dollar capital increase for the World Bank Group. He is a managing partner and co-founder of DiRoma Eck & Co., a Washington advisory firm established in 2020, advising companies, financial institutions, and global stakeholders on navigating Washington, Treasury, and international economic policy.
