Today we welcome new member Yisroel Brumer to BWC!

Dr. Yisroel Brumer is an entrepreneur with an extensive history of senior executive and government service. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of DEFCON AI, bringing advanced algorithms to the US military.He is also a Co-founder and former president of Red Cell Partners, an investment/incubation firm focusing on Defense, Health Care, and Cyber, and a Co-founder and the founding CEO of Zephyr AI, now a leading precision medicine AI company with a focus on oncology. 

He joined Red Cell following an extensive career of executive leadership in the Department of Defense (DoD) culminating as Acting Director of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE). He was a member of DoD’s most senior decision bodies, including the Nuclear Weapons Council, the Missile Defense Executive Board, and the Deputy Secretary’s Management Action Group, among many others.
