Today we welcome new member Diana Pilipenko to BWC!
Diana Pilipenko is Director of International Affairs at Visa, where she leads the company’s engagement with international financial institutions, notably the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. Prior to joining Visa, Diana was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs (International Affairs) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, serving as the Department’s chief advocate before Congress on a range of international economic and financial priorities — including U.S. participation in the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and regional multilateral development banks.
Earlier in her career, Diana worked on Capitol Hill and in management consulting, bringing a rare combination of legislative, policy, and private sector perspective to complex global economic challenges. Diana holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
We appreciate her support for our work and mission, and we look forward to her engagement.
