Today we welcome new member Caroline Pham to BWC!

Caroline D. Pham is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at MoonPay. She oversees MoonPay’s global legal, compliance, risk, regulatory, policy, governance, and enterprise administrative functions.

Caroline brings 25 years of experience in law, finance and technology, including over a decade focused on crypto and blockchain. Previously, she served as acting Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Managing Director at Citi. She received the Financial Club and US UK Crypto Alliance’s 100 Impact Leaders Legacy Award in 2025 and was named to CoinDesk’s Most Influential 2023 and 2025.
