Today we welcome new member Tobin Van Ostern to BWC!

Tobin Van Ostern is a policy strategist with more than a decade of experience advancing youth engagement, technology, and public policy. A former web developer, he helped pioneer digital tools to mobilize young voters as National Director of the Student Engagement Program for President Obama’s 2008 campaign.

He later served as Deputy Director of Generation Progress at the Center for American Progress, leading initiatives on economic policy, innovation, and student debt, and has advised organizations across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors.
