Today we welcome new member Abhesh Kumar to BWC!

Abhesh Kumar is Chief Technology Officer of Springline Advisory, a private equity-backed advisory platform, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, AI integration, and operating model transformation across a multi-entity structure. He focuses on aligning technology modernization with value creation, integrating platforms across acquisitions, and embedding scalable AI capabilities into core business processes to drive performance through the hold period and beyond.

Previously, he served as Global Head of Regulatory Technology at DTCC Digital Assets, where he led the development of digital asset and regulatory infrastructure supporting institutional adoption of emerging digital financial technologies. His work bridged innovation and regulatory alignment within systemically important financial market infrastructure.

Abhesh’s career centers on the intersection of AI, digital finance, and institutional and enterprise transformation across capital markets and private equity-backed ventures. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore, an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan, and a Master of Financial Engineering from UCLA Anderson.
