Maggie Sklar is Senior Director of Public Policy and Advocacy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She brings over two decades of legal and policy experience, including as a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services practice at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Senior Policy Specialist in the Systemic Risk Branch at the FDIC, and Senior Counsel and Policy Advisor to CFTCChairman Giancarlo.

She has worked extensively across issues spanning AI, blockchain, digital assets, derivatives, and systemically important financial institutions.
