Lewis Rinaudo Cohen is the Co-Chair of CahillNXT, Cahill’s globally recognized Digital Assets and Emerging Technology practice. He helps clients successfully navigate their most challenging transactions and regulatory compliance matters involving bleeding edge uses of blockchain technology, crypto assets, and tokenization across all aspects of the capital markets.

Lewis brings career-long experience advising traditional financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies on initial public equity, debt offerings, and other structured financing transactions to the emerging area of the “tokenization” of so-called “real world assets.”
