Today we welcome new member Marcelo Giugale to BWC!

Marcelo Giugale is the former Director of the World Bank’s Department of Financial Advisory and Banking—the team who helps governments in emerging and developing countries manage their debts, assets, and risks. In his thirty-five years of experience, he led senior-level policy dialogue and over thirty billion dollars in lending and hedging operations across the development spectrum.

An Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and a Fellow of the US National Academy of Public Administration, his recent publications span public debt, fiscal risk, and sustainable finance.
