Fiona is a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in the White Collar Defense & Investigations group, focusing on high‑stakes government and internal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance matters involving major financial institutions, regulated entities, and emerging financial technologies. She has extensive experience across securities, anti‑money laundering, sanctions, FCPA, and other financial crime regimes, and represents clients in complex, cross‑border, multi‑agency investigations involving the SEC, DOJ, FinCEN, CFTC, FTC, and state regulators.

Fiona’s deep engagement in the digital asset space, including with stablecoins providers, various crypto platforms, and tokenized securities, provides a forward‑looking perspective on how financial innovation interacts with regulatory frameworks and the integrity of the international financial system.
