Today we welcome new member Martin Mühleisen to BWC!

Martin Mühleisen is a former Director of the IMF’s Strategy, Policy and Review Department who previously served as principal advisor to Managing Director Christine Lagarde. As IMF economist, he was closely involved in the IMF’s response to the global financial crisis, with personal sign-off responsibility for the Euro area programs with Greece, Ireland, and Portugal.

He is now a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, focusing on questions of geoeconomics and multilateral institutions.
