BWC Member Hung Tran breaks down how US tariff changes have affected global economies as multilateral trade is being replaced by Plurilateralism and Regionalism. Tran writes, “Countries will need to restructure their economies and pursue new opportunities to sustain growth in an increasingly uncertain and difficult global environment—a tall order for many.”
