Position: Senior Program Associate

Bio

Visar Xhambazi joined the Bretton Woods Committee in November 2025 as a Senior Program Associate.

Visar brings a decade of experience working at the intersection of programs, research, and communications with European and American organizations, contributing to projects focused on governance, democracy, and international affairs. 

Visar holds a master’s degree in international studies from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s degree in management and public policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Originally from Kosovo, he now lives in Washington, DC, where he is always on the lookout for people to play football with—while simultaneously avoiding calling it “soccer.”
